We do this by providing affordable rental space, housing multiple community resources, and fostering a collaborative environment to maximize impact on the community.
Our Initiatives
Empower
We empower nonprofits & churches by covering infrastructure costs— such as rent, utilities, and other essential costs, enabling organizations to allocate more of their funds toward programs, services, and resources rather than overhead costs.
Support
We support nonprofits & churches through affordable rent, maintaining safe, clean, and comfortable facilities ensuring they can serve our city with dignity and respect. We also fill in the gap through our New Roots Program (a pay what you can thrift store) where new neighbors, immigrant and refugee families, can find furnishings and household items as they set new roots & the Telehealth Pod in partnership with Parkland Hospital providing easier access to telehealth services.

We connect nonprofits and churches within our facility via shared space and communication that creates opportunities for collaboration and partnership with like-minded individuals to enhance their collective impact.

$25 : Support a Seat- Assist in keeping space open & comfortable for one regular community participant.
$55 : Sustain a Space- Help off-set the full monthly cost of utilities for a small office used by a nonprofit.
$100 : Empower a Ministry- Subsidize rent & overhead for a nonprofit or faith group.
$250 : Bless a Wing- Cover the electricity & water use of a nonprofit.
$500 : Support a Floor- Aid in covering maintenance, upgrades, & sustainability initiatives.
